Installing Team Server and Repository in a Multiple LDAP domain company

Want to install a single Team Server and Repository and have it used across the Organization and allow for collaboration and sharing. 

For security we want to use LDAP Authentication, but users are it multiple LDAP domains.

How can this be done?
