Debugging mode not working properly. (RAD STUDIO Berlin and Tokyo)

Hi,
I have a program that was written in codegear version of delphi compiler (2009 or 2007 one). However, whenever I run the program in Tokyo or Berlin version of the compiler I can't see the structure of the code (form works fine) to see my custom structures and functions as I was able to in the codegear versions as well as the inability to run debugging mode properly as I can't watch the values of parameters changing dynamically as the program runs (much like you can in visual studio or any other compiler). My questions is it something I am doing wrong or was previous compatibility removed? If so, where can I find the older versions for download with presumably a free student license or something. Thanks.
